The CAPE project aims to:
- strengthen the role, quality and coordination of career guidance in schools and VET institutions
- improve the links between employers, education/training institutions and learners
- improve skills and knowledge of teacher/trainers in providing career advice, information and guidance
- promote the embedding of lifelong guidance into lifelong learning
